These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all users (“you”, “your”, “user”) who access or interact with the Postick mobile application operated by Refly Technology (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using Postick, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Platform immediately.

1. Access & User Eligibility

To use Postick, you must:

• Be legally capable of entering into agreements under Indian law
• Use your own mobile number for OTP verification

Postick uses a secure OTP login system. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and ensuring no unauthorized person accesses your session. We are not liable for misuse of your account due to loss of device or sharing of OTP.

2. Using Postick

Postick allows users to create, modify, save, or share creative content such as quotes, images, and text layouts.

When using the Platform, you agree NOT to:

• Submit harmful, hateful, illegal, or misleading content
• Upload copyrighted material without proper rights
• Interfere with platform operations, security, or performance
• Use bots, automated tools, or scraping technology
• Impersonate others or create duplicate or fraudulent accounts
• Exploit Postick for malware, scams, fraudulent advertising, or spam

Violation of the above rules may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features in Postick are available through paid subscriptions. Pricing, validity, and benefits are displayed within the app.

• Payments are processed by third-party providers like Razorpay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.
• We do not store payment information such as card numbers or UPI IDs.
• Taxes, when applicable, are included or displayed during purchase.

Refunds (if applicable) follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Improper chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account restrictions.

4. Intellectual Property

All technology, features, designs, templates, and branding used in Postick belong solely to Refly Technology.

You are not allowed to:

• Copy or distribute Postick’s designs, code, or internal resources
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to replicate the app
• Use our branding without written approval

Content you create or upload remains yours. However, you grant us permission to store and display your content inside the app as needed for functionality.

5. User Content Responsibilities

You confirm that:

• You own the rights to the content you upload
• Your content does not violate any law or intellectual property rights
• Your content does not contain explicit, violent, or offensive material

If any content is reported or found violating Indian laws, we may remove it or disable your access. We may also cooperate with authorities if required.

6. Availability & Platform Changes

Postick may undergo updates, feature changes, maintenance downtime, or technical issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, remove, or modify features without prior notice.

7. Data Usage, Storage & Privacy

All collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the storage and processing of your data within India or by authorized service providers.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

Your account may be suspended or permanently closed if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable laws
• Fraudulent activity is detected
• You misuse premium features or payment systems
• Your actions threaten the security or stability of the Platform

You may also request voluntary account deletion by contacting us. Subscription fees are non-refundable on cancellation unless stated in the refund policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law:

• Postick is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind
• We are not responsible for third-party service failures such as SMS delivery, payment gateway errors, or downtime
• Our total liability towards any user will not exceed the amount you paid for subscriptions in the last 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to protect and indemnify Refly Technology from legal claims, damages, or losses arising due to:

• Your misuse of the Platform
• Your violation of laws or these Terms
• Your infringement of third-party rights

11. External Services & Third-Party Links

Postick may integrate tools or links from external services (e.g., social media, payment gateways). We are not responsible for the content or policies of these third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be handled exclusively within the jurisdiction of Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.

13. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in law, product updates, or internal policies. Significant changes may be notified in the app. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
